If you want a cheap solution please use a company like Godaddy. Our servers have a 99.99% SLA and are monitored 24 hours a day. They are very powerful and have only a handful of sites per server. You will not be sharing a server with 1000s of other people. We only provide hosting to our own clients to ensure a high quality service. If you have tried budget hosting in the past you will know all the problems.
